"This office is fabulous! I did not have a dentist in Niceville and called this office in hopes they could help me with a dental emergency.Not only did that get me in quickly, they were super kind and compassionate with my situation. The front desk is the kindest I have ever had the privledge of scheduling with. It is obvious the front desk is very knowledgable with all aspects of the office. She is a definite “go to” person for this practice.The hygienist are amazing and also very very very kind and patient. The hygienist took her time with my cleaning and explained exactly what she was doing and why she was doing it. She is an expert in her field! She gave me some tips and things I could do to have a healthier mouth. Hands down the BEST hygienist ever.The dentist is also very very kind. (I think kind and patient are 2 descriptors that apply to everyone there.). The dentist is very patient, she doesn’t rush, she explains what needs to be done and why, but also has the sense of urgency and tenacity of purpose to get you scheduled and the work done quickly. I liked that. But most of all, I feel as if the dentist actually CARED! That’s rare these days.This dental practice has it all! Look no longer for the best dentist in the area!"
"I called on Tuesday with a potential dental emergency, and they fit me in the next morning. The front desk staff was sooo welcoming. All the other staff was quick and friendly at the same time. I’m going back!"
"Dr Gagnon and her staff are exceptional! I had a time sensitive major dental emergency. They went above and beyond to help me. Not only are they highly skilled, they are also very compassionate and understanding . I highly recommend this practice.Over the past few years, I have depended on Dr Gagnon and her staff especially for dental emergencies. They give every patient high quality and lots of empathy."

"Big shoutout to Dr Leah and staff ! I had a dental Emergency on Wednesday afternoon , had an appointment by 10am on Thursday and after a few short hours had a temporary fix , a plan in place for permanent repairs scheduled for a couple weeks out, and all without being an “existing patient “ ! My treatment and care given was an example of how to welcome a new lifelong patient into the fold ! I am looking forward to my next visit ! ( I’ve never one time made that statement about a dental appointment 😅) Thanks to the entire team !"

"I cannot give enough praise to the office. Everyone there has been so great from the receptionist Renee to Dr. Gagnon. And all the way in between. They treat you like family! I had a tooth that had been bothering me for over a year. I had seen multiple dentist and it was never taking care of. I go in to see dr Gagnon and I was seen quick and referred to an endodontist and with in a month total my tooth was completely fix and I’m pain free. I have Guly recommend them! I’m glad to finally have found a family dentist.Thank you!!!"
"Dr. Gagnon is a wonderful and patient dentist. My son broke his front tooth over the weekend. I left a message at the office over the weekend. Her receptionist Renee was able to get us in promptly Monday morning. My son is very anxious, but Dr. Gagnon and her assistant were so patient and professional with him. I highly recommend Dr. Gagnon and staff for all their professional services."
